  • 3. I want to edit/pause my order

    To pause your order on our website:

    • Login, and on your Dashboard, click the green "Pause Order" button.

    • Choose the date you'd like to pause your order from…
      and the date you'd like it to start again.

    • When you're done, click the orange "confirm" button.

    Your "Pause Order" dates will show up in your Account Summary on your Dashboard.

  • 4. I have a query about my bill.

    Your milkman manages your online account and will send you a weekly bill. If you have a query about your bill you can login to your account and send your milkman a message. His contact details will also be displayed if you need to contact him directly.

  • 5. I am having an issue with the website/app

    Please fill in the 'Contact Us' form below with as much detail as possible in relation to your issue. Details regarding the browser type / type of mobile device in use or any other information you can provide us with that will help us to isolate and look in to your issue further.

  • 6. I have a query about Treats.

    You will need to log in or activate your online account on mymilkman.ie and follow the pop up screens to register. Once these steps are complete you will receive an email from customercare@sweete.ie which will contain your unique code and url. You will need to enter the unique code in to the link and then select your treat. Please note you can only use the unique code once and you will need to be connected to a printer to print out the voucher.
